Your membership and movie purchases provide the funds needed to maintain the nonprofit State Theatre, Bijou By The Bay, Traverse City Film Festival, and The Virtual State during the shutdown.
It costs only $19 to become a member. It's a one-time fee, and the membership is good until the State & Bijou or the festival returns.
If at any time before the pandemic in 2019 or 2020 you paid your dues as a Friend of the Traverse City Film Festival and/or a Member of the State & Bijou theaters, then we are extending your membership to The Virtual State, free of charge, until the theaters or the festival returns.
